A BETTER WAY TO
EVALUATE THE BOTTLE.
Before adding any wellness drop to your routine, separate the product’s marketing from the information you can verify.
Start with the facts
The pictured bottle gives you a product name, liquid format, and 30 mL size. It does not show the full formula. Look for a readable Supplement Facts panel and ingredients list before deciding whether it suits you.
Put claims in context
Blood sugar support language on a supplement is not the same as evidence that it prevents, treats, or cures diabetes. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before they reach the market.
Keep your care plan
If you monitor blood glucose or take prescribed medicine, do not replace your treatment with a supplement. A clinician or pharmacist can help you review possible ingredient interactions once you have the full label.
